On 11.02.2025 an applicant namely Siddiq S/o Mohd Ashraf R/o Tanda, RS Pura lodged a written complaint that on 07.02.2025 at about 1900 hours his younger brother namely Mohd Saleem S/o Mohd. Ashraf R/o Tanda, R.S Pura, who was standing opposite Deedar Medical Shop on road side at Tanda was wrongful restrained and assaulted with deadly weapons by
1. Dheeraj Kumar @ Jatt S/o Janak Raj R/o Chohala Kothey, RS Pura &
2. Shibu Kumar s/o Garu Ram R/o Chohala Kothey RS Pura & some unknown persons
In the assualt his brother got seriously injured & was immediately taken to GMC hospital for medical treatment.
On this, a case *FIR No. 26/2025 U/S 126(2)/115(2) BNS & 4/25 Arms Act* was registered at PS RS Pura and Investigation taken up.
Acting swiftly, a special police team led by SHO R S Pua Sh. Ravi Singh Parihar based on inputs from sources and with the help of technical assistance apprehended both the aforementioned accused and were put to sustained questioning.
During sustained questioning they disclosed their involvement in the commission of crime and on their disclosure, Weapon of offence,Sharp edged weapon was also recovered.
