Jammu and Kashmir Police in Jammu District solved motorcycle theft case,accused arrested
Jammu Police solved a Case of Motorcycle theft.m and arrested the accused person.
On the 15th/16th of August 2024, a complaint regarding the theft of a motorcycle was lodged at Police Post Talab Tillo, Jammu, by a complainant named Prince Malhotra S/O Gara Ram a resident of Puran Nagar, Talab Tillo, Jammu. The complainant reported that his motorcycle, bearing registration number JK02DJ 3588, was stolen from the street outside his house.
On this information,FIR No. 125/2024 under Section 303(2) BNS was registered at Police Station Nowabad. Incharge Police Post Talab Tillo along with his team with the help of technical assistance under the guidance of DySp Hqrs Jammu,SHO Police Station Nowabad, under the supervision of SSP and SP City North Jammu worked hard and rounded up suspects of the area.
During the course of investigation , a suspect namely Rahul Kumar, son of Ramesh Kumar, residing in Bhawani Nagar, Talab Tillo, Jammu, and a permanent resident of Bahrich, Uttar Pradesh, was apprehended. Following his disclosure, another suspect, Sahil Kumar, alias Bhalla, son of Mahender Pal, residing in Om Nagar Camp, Gol Gujral, Jammu, was also arrested. Consequent upon sustained questioning, both the accused admitted their involvement in the theft, and the stolen motorcycle was recovered subsequently.
