VIJAY GUPTA The Russian capital, Moscow, was ablaze with festive fervor as it prepared to welcome Prime Minister Narendra Modi for bilateral talks aimed at strengthening ties between two countries. The city, known for its grandeur and historical significance, donned a celebratory atmosphere with flags of both nations fluttering in the summer breeze. Agroup of students studying in Russia said, “We are quite excited about visit of PM Modi. Students are eager to interact with PM in Moscow. We are very happy. Prime Minister Modi's visit is expected to strengthen the longstanding ties between India and Russia which is beneficial for all the people.
