APS DAMANA ORGANISES ARTINTEGRATED ACTIVITY

YB NEWS SERVICE Jammu,Jan 29 APS Damana collaborated with APS Ahmedabad for CBSE Art-Integrated Activity on 29 January 24,under Ek Bharat , Shrestha Bharat Flagship Programme. The p r o g r a m m e hosted by Vaibhav Sharma & Akshara Slathia of Class IX under the consistent mentorship of the Activity Coordinators , Ms Neeru Devi TGT English, Level Coordinator (VI-X) and Ms. Anurita Koul. The event commenced with vivacious & reverence full Lok Dharshan of J & K through a Cherishing Folk Ballad & Folk Dance Performance by the students of APS Damana under the music maestro Mr. Jagbhushan Bakshi TGT Music. Further, APS Ahmedabad showcased the rich cultural vibrancy of Gujarat through an alluring Folk Ballad. Then APS Ahmedabad persistently manifested the extravaganza of their cultural ebullience through an astounding Folk Dance Performance. The event turned stupenduous with the glimpses of the cultural vibrancy through an exhibition showcasing the gallery of J & K intrinsic visual Arts comprising of ethnic paintings , samaavar, Shikara & delicious cuisines under the comradeship of Ms. Anju Kumari TGT Arts. The exhibition was an epitome of the rich cultural heritage & bequest of both the states. At last, Priya Sharma of Class IX presented a Vote of Thanks & culminated this auspicious cultural exchange programme. Near about 70 Students participated in the event whole heartedly showcasing their creative, ethical & ethnic hues soaked in cultural vibgyor. This Cultural Exchange Programme has really satiated the cultural quest with the acquaintance of the traditional vibrancy & legacy of both the states. This Cultural Exchange Programme accorded an opportunity to the students of both the Schools to be familiarized with Culture, Tradition and Geography of J & K and Gujarat as envisaged in the Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat Programme (EBSB). Eventually Ms. Neeru Devi TGT English & Level Coordinator VI-X acknowledged the diligent & collaborative efforts of the students & the concerned teachers in promoting the experiential & joyful learning .
