Udhampur: BOCA meeting discusses cases pending for approval
UDHAMPUR, FEBRUARY 22: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai today presided over the 38th meeting of the Building Operation Controlling Authority (BOCA) here at Mini Conference Hall, DC Office Complex, Udhampur.
CEO PDA, Devender Singh Bhau, DFO Udhampur, Sub Divisional Magistrate Chenani Gurdev Kumar, Tehsildar Chenani, Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti, Executive Engineer PWD Chenani and several other departmental officers attended the meeting.
The meeting focused on discussing pending cases for approval, including building permissions for construction of new residential houses, commercial building, permission for repair/renovation of existing Residential houses/commercial structures, permission for construction of residential house by local hereditary residents, permission for repair/renovation of commercial structure by local hereditary residents and cases for development of land.
