TWO NOTORIOUS CRIMINALS PUT BEHIND THE BARS, 2 SHARP EDGED WEAPONS (TOKAS) RECOVERED BY POLICE STATION, R.S.PURA, JAMMU

R.S.Pura Police with a clear stance of zero tolerance to criminals, on 21-01-2025, arrested two criminals namely *1. Balbinder Kumar @ Pandey S/o Daya Ram R/O Chakrohi Tehsil Suchetgarh* & *2.(Name Withheld, being Juvenile ) R/o Chakrohi*, when both the suspects were intercepted by Police at Chakrohi during naka checking.
2. A police party from Chakrohi, led by SHO RS Pura under the jurisdiction of Police Station R.S.Pura established a naka and during naka checking, both the above mentioned criminals were intercepted by Police and during personal search, 02 sharp edged weapons (i.e 02 Tokas) were recovered from their possession.
3. ⁠On further enquiry, it came to fore that both the accused had kept the sharp edged weapons in their possession to carry their criminal activities in the area to create fear among the locals of the area, but swift action taken by the Police, has dashed their criminal plan.
4. ⁠In this regard, FIR No. 14/2025 U/S 3(5) BNS, 4/25 A. Act was registered at Police Station R.S.Pura and investigation is in full swing.
5. ⁠With the arrest of both the above mentioned accused persons, it's proved that Police is duty bound to save the innocent youth of the locality from these criminals.
6. ⁠Police’s swift action and apprehension of these black sheep has been appreciated by general public and has warned all the criminals to abstain from this immoral trade and mend their ways otherwise they will be put behind bars very soon.

Moreover,further investigation of the case is still going on.
