DC Poonch inspects works on Sanjyote-Batadhuria Tunnel Project
POONCH, NOVEMBER 18: Deputy Commissioner, Vikas Kundal today conducted inspection of ongoing works on 1.1 km Sanjyote-Batadhuria Tunnel Project on NH-144A.
During his visit, the Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned agencies to expedite the pace of works on the project.
DC added that the upgradation of this National Highway will significantly reduce travel time, enhance connectivity between regions and provide all weather accessibility, particularly in challenging terrains and adverse weather conditions.
The inspection was aimed to assess progress and quality of infrastructure project, vital for enhancing connectivity and regional development.
This inspection also underscores the administration’s commitment to improving local infrastructure and enhancing the travel experience for residents and visitors.
