PM MODI RECEIVES WARM WELCOME FROM INDIANS

Prime Minister Narendra Modi landed in Berlin on Monday, May 2, a part of his three-nation European tour. He is scheduled to visit Denmark and then France. The focus of the visit is to boost ties in the areas of trade, energy and green technology. PM Modi was extended a warm welcome by a jubilant Indian diaspora in Berlin. Taking to Twitter, PM Modi shared photos of the welcome extended to him. He wrote: "It was early morning in Berlin yet several people from the Indian community came by. Was wonderful connecting with them. India is proud of the accomplishments of our diaspora."
