Painting Competition organised by Indian Army

YB News Reasi,Apr 24 Constructive engagement of budding talent by conducting theme based soft skill events is the key to their bright future. Continuing with the same idea, Indian Army organised a Painting Competition for young children at Asthanmarg in Reasi (J&K) on 22 April 2022 to celebrate World Earth Day. The aim of the event was to provide opportunity to the children to showcase their talent and creative skills through painting. Young children were also motivated to be an active contributor towards protection of environment. Total of 20 children participated in the event with zest and enthusiasm. The event culminated with felicitation of children and taking pledge to ‘Save Our Earth’. The event was a step forward in fostering bond of friendship between the local populace and the men in uniform.
