Army motivates youth to Join Indian Armed Forces

YB News Jammu,Apr 24 A motivational talk to encourage the local youth to join the Indian Armed Forces organised at Government Higher Secondary School, Mendhar in District Poonch (J&K). The main focus of the talk was to guide the students in planning a career in the Indian Armed Forces based on their individual preferences and interests. Towards this end, they were briefed about the academic and physical requirements for joining as Officers and Other Ranks through various entries available for the purpose. The talk was followed by an interactive session in which the participants further clarified their doubts. The attendees expressed their profound gratitude towards the Indian Army for this educative and inspiring initiative.
