DC Anantnag launches e-services of Revenue department

YB News Anantnag, Jan 20 In an effort towards implementing basic indicator of Good Governance, the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Anantnag, Dr Piyush Singla today launched eservices of Revenue department in the district. Under this initiative, 12 services viz. income, dependence, category, marriage and other certificates will be issued to the beneficiaries through a completely online process. Speaking on the occasion, Dr Singla said that the move is aimed at ensuring transparency and accountability in the departments besides making the process of obtaining certificates affordable and hassle free for the common man. He said the service has been launched on the Service Plus web portal and can also be accessed through the Service Plus app available online. The district has imparted necessary trainings among field functionaries for processing online applications and directions have been issued to ensure on boarding of all stake holders in the process.
