Accused arrested in attempt to murder case within 24 hours

Jammu, Sep 26 A written complaint was lodged at PS Kahnachak by one person namely Pairay Lal Mehta S/o Beli Ram Mehta R/O Swaran Bihar, Purkhoo, Bhalwal, Jammu stating that on 22.09.2021 at about 2200 hours his neighbours namely 1. Vicky Bhat S/O Jiya Lal Bhat, 2. Sweety Bhat W/O Vicky Bhat, 3. Jiya Lal Bhat 4. Kamlesh Bhat W/O Jiya Lal Bhat all R/O Swaran Bihar Purkhoo Tehsil Bhalwal district Jammu. restrained their way and jointly attacked upon him and his nephew (Bhanja) namely Vijay Bhat S/O Mohan Lal Bhat R/O Swaran Bihar, Purkhoo, Bhalwal, Jammu, due to which they received serious injuries and his nephew namely Vijay Bhat was shifted to GMC Jammu and then further to Ludhiana for further treatment. On this a case FIR No 136/2021 u/s 307/341/323/504/506 IPC and 4/25 Arms act got registered at PS Kahna Chak and investigation started. After this special police teams of P/S Kahna Chak under the supervision of SDPO Domana Kousheen Koul were constituted. The team led by SHO P/S Kahna Chak Inspr. Vishav Partap Singh did strenuous efforts and with the help of CCTV footages of the area finally arrested accused namely 1. Vicky Bhat S/O Jiya Lal Bhat, and 2. Sweety Bhat W/O Vicky Bhat. Also on their disclosure sharp edged weapon was recovered and seized from their possession.
