While congratulating, Dr. Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group; President, Punjab Unaided Colleges Association (PUCA) & President, Federation of Self Financing Technical Institutions (FSFTI), All India said that Channi has a deep understanding of education sector as well as about the issues & problems related to this sector as he was holding the position of Minister of Technical Education & Industrial Training, Punjab since 4.5 years.
