Tribal man beaten to death in Telangana; 10 people booked

Telangana, Sep 24 Atribal man was allegedly beaten to death during the Ganpati celebration in Telangana. The incident took place in Mahabubnagar district’s Bhootpur zone on September 14. The incident came to light after the victim's family members sat in protest and dug a grave in front of the Sarpanch house demanding justice. According to the police, youngsters from the New Molgara village erected an idol of Vinayaka during the festival in the village and prepared it for immersion on Tuesday. While the youth were dancing enthusiastically, 23- year-old E Mallesh with two other boys came and started dancing before the procession.
