Army organises covid vaccination awareness drive

Rajouri, Sep 23 Indian Army conducted COVID-19 vaccination awareness drive at Balsama in District Rajouri (J&K). In the last two months the COVID-19 has shown devastating effects all over the nation. Millions of lives are in danger and it has crumbled the Indian economy. AWAAM populace of the remote areas are hesitant to get themselves vaccinated for COVID-19 due to the misconceptions about its side effects. In order to make village population aware about the benefits of vaccination and prevent the spread of the deadly disease, Indian Army conducted COVID vaccination awareness drive. During the lecture, village population of Balsama village was motivated for COVID-19 vaccination and importance of social distancing, maintenance of personal hygiene and wearing of mask in prevention of proliferation of COVID-19 pandemic as emphasised. The Sarpanch and AWAAM population of Balsama expressed their gratitude towards Indian Army for the COVID vaccination awareness drive. The continuous and relentless effort of the Indian Army towards eradication of this pandemic will encourage the people to fight against the COVID-19 Pandemic and reinforce faith of AWAAM in the Govt of India.
