A SHORTCUT TO JOY

Why are you seeking Joy? Hmm, I don't know why you are seeking Joy. Neither I nor anybody else asked you to seek Joy. It is not because of me or someone else that you're seeking Joy, the life within you is constantly seeking Joy, and it is not an idea or a philosophy. This is the basic expression of existence. The mango tree is constantly longing to produce sweetness, nobody taught it to, that's how its nature is. So that's how all human nature is, seeking Joy.
