SUCCESSIVE REGIMES EXPOSED BADLY FOR DECEIVING COMMON MASSES: SETHI

Kathua, Sep 21 Successive governments has been failed to initiate any step for the development of Jammu and Kashmir and the people were deprived of basic amenities like drinking water, regular power supply and good road network. This was stated by J&K BJP Vice President and Prabhari Kathua, Yudhvir Sethi while addressing a meeting of party cadre in Kathua while discussing strengthening of the party base and forthcoming activities in the district. Sethi held a detailed meeting with Morcha District Presidents, Morcha General Secretaries, Mandal Presidents, Mandal General Secretaries, District Office Bearers and district Kathua senior leaders of the Party. The meeting was organized by Gopal Mahajan, District President. The senior BJP leader said that on one side there are parties which have been exposed badly for continuously deceiving the common masses for years together and on the other it is BJP which has a cadre from top to bottom working day and night only to satiate the aspirations of people and addressing their issues which were earlier disregarded and misused for petty political gains by dynastic rulers. Sethi stressed upon the cadre to highlight achievement of BJP in J&K UT comprising establishment of AIIMS, IIT, IIM, Bridges, hydroelectric projects, expansion of Jammu Airport and many more. He said that the sort of development J&K has witnessed in these five years; it had never witnessed before. Sethi said that people of Jammu and Kashmir have lots of expectations from BJP and the Party is committed to provide development to the masses at their doorsteps. They have realized that only BJP can fulfill their dreams and aspirations, he added. Gopal Mahajan, District President, in his address, said that BJP is the only party which has ‘will and spine’ to protect national interest unlike its opponent parties which never miss a chance to make compromise just for the sake of handful of votes. He maintained that BJP is the only party that has provided healing touch to poor and it is committed to carry on this legacy forward. He also counted the accomplishments of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Government in the J&K UT and country. Among others who were present in the meeting include Seh Prabhari Kashmira Singh, DDC Vice Chairman Raghunandan Singh, OBC Morcha National Secretary Rashpal Verma, Mahila Morcha National Secretary Rekha Kumari, District General Secretary Organization Vishal Parihar.
