Assuming is a generic aspect of human behaviour which has been prominently eminent in recent decades. Stereotypes have emerged significantly over the years as a result of the same, which turned to have an impact biased to lean towards the negative side of the entire frame. This world comprises of a human population. a culmination of innumerably different varieties of genres, ethnicities, cultures, and religions spread rationally across various parts of the globe. With some societies ahead while the others try to lag out their inabilities to thrive at the same pace. Inequalities are significantly evident in everything natural, and humans are no exception to this. With some possessing superior skills in one aspect while some hold marvels in others, depicting an entire spectrum of strengths and weaknesses on a physical and intellectual level. Overall, highlighting a unique capability present in every individual totally unlike the peer next to him or her. Acknowledging one’s individual capacity is vital to promote a positive environment and ecosystem for each individual to thrive and actively participate as an integral part of society. Yet this hasn’t been the real truth necessarily with discriminations in numerous fields on difference rising from a range of varieties. An arising difference may not be a negative aspect towards a case contrary to what is ‘presumed’ by quite a significant portion of the population. It proved to be an imminent concern for societies throughout the world ultimately arising movement against aspects like racism and sexism, which have been a reluctant part of our shady past. However, the recent realisations have drastically removed these stigmatic norms from the modern world with the rise of new movements like feminism and others. Though even the new-age social trends have been a part of active discussion, the society being open to discussions and criticism is what actually makes the present so prominently different from our past. Indulgence of various section of the society in an intellectual forum for discussions open for all is one of the USP offered by democracies, which has also proved to be vital for increasing support for democracies throughout the global, assuring every one of their rights and powers. Thus, ensuring a rational and equal distribution of social rights and justice.
