Forest Dept provides timber to fire victims of Mangit village

YB News Ramban, Sep 21 Forest Department, Ramban today handed over the timber sanction letters to fire incident victims of Mangit village. On the directions of Deputy Commissioner and higher authorities of the Forest Department, the cases were processed on a fast track basis by the concerned offices to provide timber to the victims of the fire incident that occurred on 5th of September, 2021 in Mangit village. The sanction orders were issued by Divisional Forest Officer Ramban Dr Rajan Singh in favour of Bashir Ahmed Wani, Mohammad Ramzan, Zarifa Begum, Mohammad Khaliq Wani -all residents of Mangit village. The DFO informed that during the current financial year, Ramban Forest Division has issued timber to 21 fire victim.
