NCC annual training camp culminates at Nagrota

Jammu, Sep 13 2 J&K Girls Battalion NCC successfully completed Annual Training Camp on 13 Sep 2021 at NCC Camping ground Nagrota. 250 Senior wing cadets apart from ANOs and Instructor staff attended the camp. COVID-19 test of all attendees were carried set before camp. All the protocols related to COVID-19 were strictly followed by all during the camp. The cadets were introduced to a regimental way of life. Special endeavour was made to give cadets maximum exposure to Range Drill, Firing and specialised training with emphasis on community living, discipline, first aid, character and confidence building. Maj Gen Ranjan Mahajan, ADG Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh Directorate visited the training camp and encouraged cadets to involve themselves in nation building. The ADG appreciated Girl cadets interest and enthusiasm in learning military skills during camp. Girl cadets keenness and participation in training activities during the camp was commendable. The ADG thanked parents of participant cadets, Education department and Institutions for all the support and confidence in camp conducting authorities.
