Giloy juice is quite famous in India for its range of health benefitting and immune-boosting qualities. Nowadays it is readily available in the market in capsules, juice, and powder form. The prescribed dose of giloy is a teaspoon at a time, taken twice a day, however, the dose may vary depending on the type of health issue.
