ARMY ORGANISES AWARENESS PATROL

Rajouri, June 18 On account of growing COVID-19 and black fungus cases in District Rajouri (J&K), Indian Army has mobilised awareness patrol to assist local populace of the region to fight COVID and Black Fungus. Indian Army has formed Medical Aid patrols which include Battle Field Nursing Assistance for spreading awareness on precautions to be taken to prevent spread of the virus. Army sent its medical patrol to Mangiote Dabora, Rajouri (J&K). The patrol interacted with the villagers including Sarpanches and Panches. Villagers were familiarised with symptoms observed in 2nd strain of COVID-19 and in Black Fungus. The locals were advised to drink warm water, steam Inhalation and use of kadha. 150 masks and leaflets were distributed to the locals. The efforts of medical awareness patrol have been appreciated by the locals.
