A majority of us are well aware of the risk and repercussion attached to whatever we opt to do on a daily basis. There is never a guarantee of a hundred per cent safe or secure outcome in almost every case we see daily. There is always a chance of failure or accident, even if minuscule, it persists. The concept of equating risk with the eventual outcome is not new to our society, especially with the newer generations of individuals who have really embraced this concept, lifting its importance to a different level. Equating the risk as directly proportional to the outcome; higher the risk, higher the reward and vice versa. This principle, though informal, is widely used by countless enthusiastic and passionate individuals, usually seen as radical revolutionaries in their particular fields, with more aggressive policies, willing to take high risks. One of the most unusual parts of such people is their lack of fear for failure. They usually tend to embrace the possibility of failure, thus eventually accepting and anticipating the same at some point or the other. It is one of the most primary aspects of such people which separates them from 99% of the general population, assisting them to emerge as potential and well-suited world-class leaders. Countless individuals we hear about or see on our media screens are mere humans like us all, it is their resilient efforts and the way they perceive the importance of taking risks in life, which sets them apart from the general lot of the population. The tendency to bear high risks appropriately is essential to succeed in life. Success does not come by itself. It’s a culmination of resilience, willingness, dedication, and endless efforts. Moreover, risks are a significant aspect that come attached to it. This situation is similar to a give and take as one can’t achieve any significant piece of it without enduring the other part of it as well. For an individual to experience success, it is almost a protocol to endure and undergo a risk in some form or other.
