New Delhi, May 9 Senior British minister Michael Gove on Sunday said delicate negotiations are going on between the British government and European football's governing body UEFA over the venue of the Champions League final. The Champions League final, scheduled for May 29, will be played between Manchester City and Chelsea in Istanbul. However, the Istanbul final has been thrown into doubt after the British government placed Turkey on its travel red list, making it all but impossible for fans of the two Premier League clubs to attend. "There are delicate negotiations that are going on at the moment," Michael Gove said on Sky News when asked about where the final should take place.
