FREELANCING, A WAY TO SUSTAIN THE MODERN WORLD

In modern times, the framework revolving around the employment and job sector has been immensely diversified, whether in respect of the regularised or the non-regularised sector. With the present framework so unique that it almost stands as defiance towards the past Freelancing, as it’s known, may be categorised as one of the examples for the same. Holding the potential to disrupt the well-established hierarchy of the current employment sector, well monopolised by a select handful amongst the elite capitalists, potentially indirectly ruling the entire population. Seen by some as a revolution, the freelance industry has emerged as a significant source of employment, though not assuring a regular source of income, yet managing to provide people with an income source sufficient to sustain a decent life for the least. One with a skill or service to offer, one can potentially capitalise on such opportunities and establish his/her monopoly in the area of work concerned. This framework supports both the employers and employees, with a positive outlook towards the entire spectrum revolving around this industry. It has emerged as an industry that has matured the backbone of the individuals who prefer working from home, at their own time, on their own terms, and without compromising upon the quality of work or services delivered from their side. Thus, in turn, boosting productivity to even higher levels. Amidst a rapidly growing global economy, with an ever-increasing dependence on the internet and technologies attached to it. Freelancing, as a way of employment, has boomed in popularity. And is seen as a more convenient and much more efficient model than the original forms of this framework which involves inefficient management of time and resources upon an unnecessary item which in turn hinders the level of productivity offered by the employees as a workforce. It wouldn't be so astonishing to see this industry emerged as a parallel economy to the formal sector by itself. Offering the same services with an even better way to go through.
