Apni Party holds outreach programme in Udhampur

Y B News Udhampur, Apr 19 Apni Party held reach out programme to masses in District udhampur today in Displaced Kashmiri Pandits on the directions of Sh.Vijay Bakaya General Secretary Apni party living here to hear and mitigate their genuine problems in exile. Under such usual initiative an outreach and membership drive programme was organized by Jammu Kashmir Apni Party Displaced Kashmiri Pandits at Udhampur in which newly appointed State Coordinators of Displaced kashmiri Pandits Shri Vinod Pandita and Sanjay Dhar of Jammu and Kashmir Provinces respectively graced the programme with their participation. They were given a rousing reception on their arrival and were felicitated with garlands on the occasion. Many prominent Displaced kashmiri Pandits living in the District namely Ashok Kumar Bhat, Anil wali, Girdhari Lal , Romesh Koul , Anil Pandita, Joginder Singh and many others .joined Apni Party today in presence of both the State coordinators. While addressing the meeting Vinod Pandita coordinator Displaced Kashmir Pandits Jammu , reiterated Party's stand on restoration of statehood and assured kashmiri pandits living in exile any where that solution of their day to day problems is and was always the priority of Jammu Kashmir Apni Party .He assured Displaced Kashmiri Pandits living here that Apni Party under the able and dynamic leadership of Jenab Altaf Bukhari Sahib all their thirty one sufferings will be resolved as Bukhari Sahib is fully aware of pain and agony this inellectual community has felt during their hard exile period. Pandita appealed Kashmiri pandits to come forward and strengthen the hands of Apni Party as this is the only party who does politics of truthfulness , transparency and honesty and is all out for this hapless community. He also awared the gathering about the important works done by the party since its inception for the welfare of the people of Jammu and Kashmir .Pandita also assured the party senior leadership, who reposed faith in him for leading kashmiri pandits that he will leave no stone unturned in projecting and highlighting their genuine issues with the authorities till they are resolved . He also appealed people to come forward and strengthen the hands of Apni Party in Jammu for sake of peace , progress and prosperity as this is the only party who believes in the politics of truthfulness,practicality transparency and not in hollow and false slogans like others . Sanjay Dhar State Coordinator Kashmir Province while speaking in the meeting also urged party workers to carry the mission of the party's policies and programmes to the grass root level and aware the people about it. Dhar appealed His Excellency the Lt. Governor J&K to resolve the issues of Displaced Kashmiri Pandits working/living in Kashmir like the issue of PM package employees whose face accommodation problem while working in Kashmir and Dhar appealed for construction of adequate Quarters for PM package employees of Kashmir , ensure regular supply of pure drinking water electricity in all Transit camps of Kashmir and repair and renovation of dilapidated temples and Shrines . Dhar further appealed the people to come forward and join this party for the sake of development, peace, progress and prosperity which has become the need of the hour. He further resolved to carry on more such outreach programmes for strengthening the party base at gross root level every where and expressed hope that in coming times this party will become a voice of people in every nook and corner of J&K . Apni party leaders Sh. Hans Raj Dogra and Sh. Nasir wani , Satpal Chalotra , kewal Krishan and other while addressing the gathering appealed members to carry out membership drive vigorously in entire District to strengthen the party base Organizer of the programme Ashok Kumar Bhat and Ashwani Kumar Bhat said that main aim of organizing this programme was to educate people about visionary programmes and policies of the Apni Party and also highlighted the genuine problems of Displaced Kashmiri Pandits like enhancement of monthly cash relief from 13000 to 25000/ per month , one job per family on the pattern of Punjab , return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits in valley with honour and dignity , small loan schemes for unemployed over aged youth and Ayushman Bharat scheme and appealed Jammu and Kashmir Government to resolve them forthwith . party's membership drive was also carried out here during their visit. Other party leaders who were present on the ocaasion were Vishal Jotshi, inderjeet Raina, Kuldeep Bhat and others.
