Advocates hold webinar on registration of documents

Jammu, Apr 18 A Webinar on “Whether the Registration of Documents should go back to Judicial Officers” held here today. The Webinar was participated and views were shared by Ashok Sharma, Paras Gupta, Gopal Bhatt, Jaffar Qazmi, Gyat Nandan Jain, Bharat Parmar, Mohd Farooq, Geetanjali Goswami, Er. Mahesh Sharma and Girdhari Lal, whereas, it was hosted by Arjun Sharma. In the Web meet it was unanimously resolved that “while the registration work with revenue authorities lot of inconvenience is been caused to the parties and their counsels, therefore, the authorities be approached to reconsider the order of the government, entrusting registration work to judicial officers”. It was, further resolved that “the District Registration Officer.
