Army organizes painting competition

Rajouri, Apr 07 In the run-up to Rajauri Day celebrations, an online Painting Competition was organised on 07 Apr 2021 at Rajouri under the aegis of Ace of Spades Division, at the Valley View Army Primary School and the Army Goodwill Public School. The competitions aimed to nurture and foster creativity and promote extra-curricular activities in the region, thereby spreading awareness and imagination amongst the budding children, in a COVID scenario. More than 50 students portrayed their ideas on canvas representing themes: “My Rajouri’’, “Clean & Green Rajouri”, “My Dream City Rajouri”, “My City, My Pride”. The students displayed indomitable spirit and competitive attributes by bringing the kaleidoscope of their imagination on their drawing sheets. Winners of the online painting competition will be felicitated during Rajouri Day on 13 Apr 21.
