People’s faith made BJP world’s largest party: Vikram Randhawa

Jammu, Apr 6 The faith of the people in the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) and its leadership has made it world’s largest party having more than 18 crore members. It was stated by former Member Legislative Council (MLC), Ch. Vikram Randhawa, while celebrating 41st Foundation Day of the BJP. While speaking on the occasion Randhawa said that the BJP was founded on April 06, 1980 during ‘Mumbai Adhiveshan’ and former prime minister late Atal Behari Vajpayee was appointed as first President of the party. He said that since then the party has raised its graph and faith among the people of India and today it is world’s largest party having 18 crore members. He also recalled the struggle of Dr. Shayama Prasad Mukherjee, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhaya, Pt. Prem Nath Dogra and Atal Behari Vajpayee for ‘EK Nishan Ek Vidhaan’ (one nation one constitution) which now has turned into reality. He said that it was their struggle that today India has a strong government at Centre and under the dynamic leadership of incumbent Prime Minister Narendra Modi the party and nation is touching new milestones. He further said that BJP has won ‘Sabka Saath Sabka Vishwas’ and is committed for ‘Sabka Vikas’ irrespective of vote bank, caste, colour and creed. On the occasion of the 41st Foundation Day of the party Randhawa hoisted party flag on the rooftop of the Booth President, Chetanya Randhawa of Booth No-70 Ward No-21 in Gandhi Nagar assembly segment.
