FOB Doda organizes webinar on “Covid-19 Vaccination”

Y B News Doda, Apr 06 In the series of webinars being organised by Regional Outreach Bureau J&K on“Covid-19 Vaccination”, Field Outreach Bureau, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Govt of India, Doda organised a webinar today which was attended by Dr Mohd Yakoob Mir Chief Mdical Officer Doda, Dr Rakesh Bhagat Deputy Chief Medical Officer Doda, Dr. Manoj Kumar Distt. Immunization Officer Doda and Sh Gulam Hassan Mass Media Officer Doda. Dr Mohd Yakoob Mir, Chief Mdical Officer in his address highlighted the efforts being made by the Health Deptt. in the District. He highlighted the role of ASHA workers in spreading the awareness regarding the SOPs and protocol of COVID-19. He informed the audience about the vaccination status in the district. Some data regarding the number of vaccinations done till now was also shared by him. Dr Rakesh Bhagat Deputy Chief Medical Officer Doda gave threadbare information about the increasing trends of COVID-19 and its precautions. He highlighted the SOPs of COVID-19 and urged the masses to follow the appropriate behaviour. Dr Manoj Kumar Distt Immunisation officer in his lecture gave indepth information about the response of public to covid-19 vaccination.
