Kidnapping case of Minor girl solved within 24

Jammu, Apr 5 A written complaint was lodged at PS Kahna Chak by father of a kidnapped minor girl that his daughter has gone missing from their residence at Gurha Singhu. On this, a case FIR no. 45/2021 U/S 363 IPC got registered at Police station Kahna Chak and investigation was started. After this special teams of P/S Kahna Chak under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sh. Kousheen Koul were constituted. The team led by SHO P/S Kahna Chak Inspr. Vishav Partap Singh connected various leads and after hectic efforts and with the assistance of technical aids finally recovered the kidnapped minor girl from the possession of accused at Assar Doda and accused person namely Balram S/O Radhay Lal R/O Chattisgarh A/P Gurha Singhu was also arrested. The girl was handed over to the family after completing all legal formalities. Further investigation of the case is going on.
