Prof. S S Balwal unanimously elected FFMA president

Y B News Jammu, Apr 04 Prof. S S Balwal, was on Sunday elected unopposed president of the Jammu Kashmir Freedom Fighters Memorial Association (JKFFMA). Prof. R P Sharma and S.S Baloria Election Commissioners of Freedom Fighter Memorial Association Jammu said that Today we are here in connection with the election for the post of president of Freedom Fighters Memorial Association, the former president of Jammu Kashmir Freedom Fighters Memorial Association R. C Puri (Retd. K.A.S) has completed his tenure and he has contributed a lot with the continuity of the Freedom Fighter Memorial Association because the people who has lost their life for the sake of our country. This association remind us and gives message to the young generation so that they keep on having this spirit for the independence of our nation. Today we assembled here at Freedom Fighters Memorial Association Office Dogra Shourya Sthal, Amphalla Jammu under the chairmanship of Ved Gandotra chairman of the association. Rajiv Mahajan Vice Chairman Freedom Fighters Association has proposed the name of Prof. S.S Balwal for the post of president and it was a unanimously elected and all the members they were of the opinion and no other candidate was proposed for the seat. Hence the election commission has decided unopposed election of Prof. S S Balwal for the post of President of Freedom Fighter Memorial Association Jammu. Others members were present Karnail Chand, Pritam Sharma, S.S. Baloria, R.R.Raina, Parbhat Kapahi, J.J Singh, Gajan Singh, Ravinder Mittal and others.
