IGP visits Marwah holds Darbar of Jawans , reviews crime position of district Kishtwar

YB News Jammu, April 4 Inspector General of Police, Jammu Zone Mukesh Singh-IPS conducted assessment of security situation and status of anti militancy operations at Marwah and held Darbar of SOG Jawans. He also reviewed the crime position and overall functioning of District Police Kishtwar with all supervisory officers including SHOs, investigating officers at DPL Kishtwar this afternoon. During visit IGP Jammu Zone was accompanied by Abdul Jabbar-IPS DIG of Police DKR Range and Shafqat Hussain -JKPS SSP Kishtwar. During his visit Mukesh Singh-IPS interacted with Sanathan Dharam and Majlisai Shura Kishtwar and made an appeal for maintenance of law & order in the district. He gave Patient hearing to the issues of both communities and assured their redressal within shortest possible time. Both members of the communities promised to work for the communal harmony, peace and amity.
