4 held for production of counterfeit currency within 24

Jammu, Apr 4 A complaint was lodged in PP Talab Tillo by one person (pan shop owner) that two boys on motorcycle came to his shop and purchased a cigarette packet against a fake note of Rs. 500 of Indian currency, on inquiring about the fake currency boys fled away. On this, case FIR No. 63/2021 u/s 489B IPC got registered at P/S Nowabad. On this special team of PP Talab Tillo were constituted. The team led by I/C PP Talab Tillo Inspr. Kali Charan connected the various leads and finally with the help of CCTV footages and other technical aids arrested the two accused namely Sachin Kumar S/o Ashok Kumar R/o Sari Rakwalan Ghomanhasan, Rohit Sharma S/o Kuldeep Raj R/o Talab Tillo Jammu.
