Absconder arrested by district police samba

Samba, Apr 2 In continuation with its drive against the absconders/ Criminals, District Police Samba apprehended an absconder from Jammu who was wanted in a case FIR registered at PS Ghagwal. A Police team of PS Ghagwal succeeded in apprehending the absconder namely Mohd Mustaq S/o Mohd Buta R/O Kothi Sekh , RS-Pura, Jammu who was wanted in case FIR No. 53/2014 U/S 188 RPC, 2/3 PCA Act of PS Ghagwal and was on the run for the last 07 years after commission of crime. Accordingly, the said absconder was produced in the court of law and send to Sub-Jail Hiranagar. Thus arrest warrant 512 CrPC issued against him got executed.
