Army provides computers

Poonch, Feb 25 With the aim to promote digital education at primary class level, Indian Army provided two computers to Ghousia Nizamia Education Trust, Upper Dharana under Sadbhavana. The school is located in close vicinity of the Line of Control at village Upper Dharana in Poonch district and provides quality education upto middle class level to the students of nearby villages. The provision of two computers alongwith computer furniture at Ghousia Nizamia Education Trust, Upper Dharana will go a long way in uplifting the education standard and knowledge of computers of the students. The event was recognized by the school children and teachers. They also appreciated the efforts of the Indian Army as a facilitator and catalyst for development projects under Sadbhavana in the region. A total of 30 students, 06 teachers and 10 civilians attended the event. The students and teachers thanked the Indian Army for their efforts and admired such gesture as encouraging.
