Chinese Egg- Fried Rice

Ingredients
For Chinese Egg-
Fried Rice
2 eggs
1 cup long grain rice
(basmati)
salt and to taste
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp finely chopped
garlic (lehsun)
1 tsp finely chopped
ginger (adrak)
1/2 cup finely chopped
spring onions whites
and
greens
1/4 cup finely chopped
celery (ajmoda)
1/2 cup diagonally cut
french beans
1/2 cup finely chopped
carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped
capsicum
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Method For chinese
egg- fried rice 1. To
make chinese eggfried
rice, boil the
rice. Each grain of the
cooked rice should be
separate. Keep aside.
2. Break the eggs into
a deep bowl, add salt
and pepper and whisk
well. Keep aside. 3.
Heat the oil in a deep
pan or wok/ kadhai,
add the garlic and ginger
and sauté on a
high flame for 1
minute. 4. Add all the
vegetables and sauté
on a high flame for 2
to 3 minutes.
