YB WEB DESK. Dated: 2/24/2021 11:14:19 AM
New Delhi, Feb 23 After leveling the series 1-1 in Chennai, India will be eyeing another win when they take on England in their second Day-night Test at home at Sardar Patel Stadium, also known as Motera Stadium, Ahmedabad. All eyes will be on the Motera Stadium which will be hosting its first international game. It would be interesting to see how the pitch behaves. Virat Kohli and the management will look to make not more than one change after the seriesleveling win in the second Test of the 4-match series. India's last outing against the pink ball at Adelaide is best left forgotten, with the only Test that skipper Virat Kohli played on Australian soil ended in a pure disaster. While, spots of Shubman Gill, Kohli, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ravichandran Ashwin, Rishabh Pant are fixed, Jasprit Bumrah is expected to replace Kuldeep Yadav as the home team looks to use the seaming conditions during the twilight phase. England don't have an impressive record away from home in day-night Tests as they have lost two in two -- one in Australia and the other in New Zealand. There is a lot of talk about the SG pink ball in the lead up to the 3rd Test as England have played daynight Tests only with the Kookaburra and the Dukes. India dominated Bangladesh in the only pink-ball Test played with the SG ball as they sealed an innings and 46-run win at the Eden Gardens. India playing 11: Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, Cheteshwar Pujara, Virat Kohli, Ajnkya Rahane, Rishabh Pant, Mohammed Siraj, R Ashwin, Axar Patel,
