Ravioli with Spinach and Cheese

Ingredients
For The Ravioli Dough
3/4 cup plain flour
(maida)
2 tsp butter
salt to taste
For The Spinach and
Cheese Stuffing
1/2 cup blanched and
chopped spinach (palak)
1/4 cup grated
processed cheese
1/2 tbsp oil
2 tsp finely chopped garlic
(lehsun)
2 tsp finely chopped
green chillies
1/4 cup finely chopped
onions
salt and to taste
Other Ingredients
plain flour (maida) for
rolling
1/2 tsp oil
salt to taste
2 cups white sauce
1/4 cup grated
processed cheese
Method
For the ravioli dough 1.
Combine the plain
flour, butter and salt in
a deep bowl and knead
into a soft dough using
enough cold water.
Keep aside. For the
spinach and cheese
stuffing 1. Heat the oil
in a broad non-stick
pan, add the garlic and
green chillies and sauté
on amedium flame for
30 seconds. 2. Add the
onions and sauté on a
medium flame for 1
minute. 3. Add the
spinach.
