HUNGER STRIKE OF DHARMARTH TRUST EMPLOYEES CONTINUE

Jammu, Jan 15 Demanding the merger of all Dharmarth Trust temples with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board SMVDSB for their proper development and for early constitution of committee for the same, employees of Dharmarth Trust on Thursday continued their demonstration on 46th day at Ranbireshwar Temple here. Hunger strike of the Employees of Dharmarth Trust The chain hunger strike of the Employees of the Dharmarth Trust enters the 19th day and protest enter 46th day for their demands.They want parity in grade and pay with the Mata Vaishno DeviShrine Board.They refuse every order of Trustees and the management.They have alleged that the Trustees and the management are bent upon destroying the Dogra Culture. They have also demanded enquiry by CBI into the misappropriation of funds by the Trustees and the management. The association also decided to work unde new management or body. Protesters alleged that the trust management is taking up wrong policies and demanded a probe into the financial transactions. Meanwhile, those, who sat on the chain hunger strike which entered 18th day today, include Bimla Devi, Savita Gargi, Pardeep, Pushpraj, William, Tilakraj, Rampal, Suresh Sharma and Baljeet Singh. Today Shri Raghunath Mandir Sewa Samiti led by President Rajiv Mahajan and General Secretary Karnail Chand and Swami Gangadhar Ji Maharaj distributed ration among the poor employees of Dharmarth trust on Maker Sankranti. President DTEA, Vivek Bandral and other members expressed gratitude to both the organizations for providing ration items among the poor employees who are facing hardship without any salary.
