JKPM Demands Donipawa- Janglat Mandi Road Widening:

YB News Anantnag, Jan 15 J&K Peoples Movement has demanded immediate road widening of the Donipawa-Janglat Mandi stretch falling under K i s h t w a r - S i n t h a n - Anantnag road project. In a press statement, JKPM Senior Leader Advocate Syed Iqbal Tahir said that widening of road from Donipawa to Janglat Mandi Anantnag was conceived many years back but has suffered long delay since inception. He further said that the said road is a busy stretch as various commercial establishments and district hospital is located on this road. As a result, this stretch witnesses heavy traffic jams and also makes the movement of the pedestrians difficult. Iqbal Tahir alleged that for unknown reasons, the widening of this two-kilometre stretch road from Donipwa to Janglat Mandi has been shelved. “This road is part of the highway which connects.
