JKCCA to organize National Painterss Camp

Jammu, Jan 14 Jammu & Kashmir Centre for Creative Arts (JKCCA), Jammu is going to organize a National Painters Camp at Jammu & Kashmir Tourist Complex, Patni Top (J&K) from 28th January to 30th January, 2021. Fifteen artists from different states and Union Territories of India will participate in this Camp. Pt. Kewal K Sharma, President, JKCCA will be the Chief Guest and inaugurate the National Painters Camp on 28th January, 2021. The artists who are going to participate in this Painters Camp are Dr. A K Dixit (New Delhi), Dr. Mamta Singh (Uttrakhand), K S Gill, Dharminder Sharma and Gaytri (Punjab), Prof. Sunil Sexena, Pratima Singh, Vibha Singh and Dr. Rekha Rani Sharma (Uttar Pradesh), Neena Singh and Jayanti Patil (Maharashtra) and Jang S. Verman, O P Sharma, Anil Saraf and Tariq Saifi (Jammu & Kashmir). Dr. Alamdar, Consultant, JKCCA (Poonch) will be the Convener and Joginder Sharma, Consultant, JKCCA (Sunderbani) will be the Coordinator for this Capm. O P Sharma, Director, JKCCA will be over Incharge of the camp. According to O P Sharma, Director JKCCA, 'JKCCA was established in 1999. It is now one among the leading organizations (NGO) working in Jammu & Kashmir for the cause of promotion and preservation of art, culture and literature.' He told that the works created in the camp would give a reflection of the mediums, art trends & styles being practiced by the artists of India.
