Kolkata, Jan 12 West Bengal Food and Supply Minister Jyotipriya Mallick has claimed that six to seven BJP MPs will join soon the Trinamool Congress. He believes that these MPs will join the party before May. Mallick, a minister and MLA from Habra made the remark while addressing a colorful procession on the streets of Habra in the North 24 Parganas district on Tuesday, the 157th birth anniversary of worldrenowned Swami Vivekananda. Asked about former TMC and now-BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari's visit to Simla Street in Kolkata on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda's birthday, Jyotipriya said, "I don't know why he came here today. I am still confused about whether he will stay in the BJP for the next four to five months. Maybe he will leave the party after completing his own part. Not a single person will be in the Bharatiya Janata Party. I can say that around six to seven MPs will join TMC very soon. They will join the Trinamool Congress in the first week of May. The ones who left TMC to join BJP are still standing in line and are now requesting to return to TMC." Speaking on the questions raised by newly joined BJP leaders like Shovon Dev Chattopadhyay and Shuvendu Adhikari about TMC being corrupted, he said, "Everyone who is talking about Trinamool Congress's corruption is involved in Sharda's corruption. They have made a lot of money, which they cannot earn or digest, and they are calling for it, and with that call, they are joining the BJP. They will line up to return to the TMC by the end of May, but once they do, there will be no road.
