Chennai, Jan 12 Ahead of the 2021 Assembly election, Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister O P a n n e e r s e l v a m launched a new campaign, highlighting his relationship with the farming community. This comes days after the AIADMK officially kicked off its campaign and released advertisements highlighting the achievements of the Tamil Nadu government in the past 10 years. In the promo video, released by Panneerselvam’s team, he can be seen interacting with people from the agricultural sector. The promo video released ahead of assembly election is being seen as an attempt to try and impress party members and the farming community. It has come at a time when thousands of farmers are protesting against the three controversial farm laws.
