ARTO Kulgam monitors traffic management

YB News Kulgam, Jan 11 Acting on the directions of District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat, a team of officials led by Assistant Regional Transport Officer (ARTO) Kulgam, Dr Mohammad Zubair Lattoo today conducted daylong drive in the Town to regulate traffic and prevent any traffic jams in the Town as well as other link routes.
