New Delhi, Nov 29 Virat Kohli fell 11 runs short of ending a yearlong drought for an international hundred but the India captain achieved yet another landmark as he completed 22,000 international runs on Sunday. Kohli played a classy knock of 89 but he would have been disappointed to depart without getting the job done for his team in a mammoth 390-run chase against Australia in the 2nd ODI of the ongoing series. Virat Kohli became the fastest player to get to 22,000 international runs. The star batsman has 22, 011 runs in international cricket in 418 matches. Kohli is the 3rd Indian batsman after Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid to achieve the milestone. While Tendulkar is on top of the list with 34,357 runs in 664 matches, Dravid finished his international.
