New Delhi, Sep 28 Mumbai Indians won the toss against the Royal Challengers Bangalore in Dubai on Monday, and Rohit Sharma followed the trend of the toss winning captain going on to bowl first. “We will bowl first. The wicket looks a bit green but dry. Hopeful that it plays well under lights, that's the reason we are chasing,” the Mumbai Indians skipper said. When pointed out that in the recent matches it is the teams that have batted first that have gone on to win the games in Dubai, Sharma said, “The results have been in favour of team batting first, but we had a great last game and the confidence is there. We'll have to play good cricket, back ourselves to do the job.” Speaking about the team’s batting dependence on the top three, and whether the middleorder is a little underprepared, Sharma said, “It is still early days in the tournament. The middle-order hasn't got much to bat, a lot of guys haven't played a lot of cricket, really.” The only one change that Mumbai Indians have made is to bring in the talented Ishan Kishan instead of batsman Saurabh Tiwary. But Sharma pointed out that Tiwary is ‘not fit’ to play in this game. The RCB skipper Virat Kohli, however, was pretty happy to be put in to bat first. "We wanted to bat first, it has worked well for the teams. It's a decent shout to defend on this ground. We're working extra hard on our catching and fielding, but the pitch has played really well. Dew hasn't come in and KXIP showed we can defend scores.
