MLA RAJESH GUPTA PAYS TRIBUTE TO DR MUKHERJEE

Jammu, July 6 Floral tributes were paid to Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the late leader by Jammu east former MLA Rajesh Gupta. Manav Mahajan Rajesh Gupta was accompanied by BJP Mahila Morcha state executive member Praveen Arora, state vice president Anu Gupta, state secretary Neeru Anand, Distt. Secretary Sangeeta Anand, Surinder Kaur, Asha Bharti, Surekha and Maya Devi. Rich tributes were paid to Shyama Prasad Mukherjee by Rajesh Gupta. He said that it was due to the supreme sacrifice of the great leader that the footprints of BJP were laid in the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir. He said that the late Dr.Mukherjee was a brilliant man and would have done very well in Indian politics but he was a true nationalist and had the interests of the country at the core of his heart and choose sacrifice instead of comforts of life. Karan Singh paid rich tributes to Dr. Mukherjee and said that people of his calibre are born once in a century and we are all indebted to him. It was due to the solid foundations laid by him that BJP is ruling in the country today. Sanjay Mahey while speaking on the occasion said that the land of Jammu and Kashmir bears testimony of his supreme sacrifice and it is our bounden duty to carry forward his noble mission.
