LEGACY OF NATION BUILDERS AT STAKE!

There is no denying the fact, through trying times, unfortunately as has been broadly conveyed by the government "BE FAIR TO ALL, injustice to any community, society, fraternity anywhere is an injustice to all everywhere" does not seem to be casting its shadow on the private educational institutions along with its rational teachers and staff members. Jingoistic screams seem to be rhetoric in the air with no mechanism even perceived for the minimal survival of these institutions and everyone just scrambling to survive, a fundamental feel of insecurity has started to descend on this pious field of human necessity i.e EDUCATION. it would not be a piece of exaggeration to state that like stars fade, the private educational institutions along with its teachers would be rendered directionless and would not take very long to fade away. Although to minimize insecurity, people from cliques or camps are making an endeavor to come together to ensure some future security. The so-called parties are usually a camp hanging out together. The insecurity is still there. There is a practical observation, if you are efficient and successful, you would be surrounded with love and adulations at all levels one cannot imagine. If you fail you become unobtainable. Here in this case all private school teacher's faculty have somehow been rendered untouchables or what we say unobtainables even after putting in the best of their abilities in grooming the children of the society. It is widely observed by the teachers in order to be at their respective best in imparting the education, they have to be voracious readers and captious writers so that even their idiosyncrasies are endeared and revered as Nation- Builders. My attempt is not to shake any of the authorities out of the stupor and languor, it is to present a moment to pause and consider the horrors of deprivation and ruthless discrimination. Just the day our Prime Minister, Narender Modi ji has announced a package of Rs 50,000 cr for the migrant labourers who certainly are the spine of the National economy. Would it not also be considerate to take a holistic view on the plight of the Nation Builders. If at all the state of insecure teachers is outlandish or outrageous then the day is not far away when the visual images of their plight will become a powerful agency of documentation......... Resting my opinion with a hope for a better tomorrow for the whole Education fraternity, Managements, and children at the top.
