Teenager kills man who eloped with his sister

Chandigarh, June 1 A man was shot dead allegedly by a teenager in Haryana's Hisar on Saturday. The victim's father has alleged that his son, identified as 23-year-old Narendra, was shot dead as he had eloped with the accused's sister two years ago. According to a case registered in Barwala police station, the 18-year-old accused, came with his cousin and two others on two bikes when the victim was working at his workshop in Hansi Road in Hisar's Barwala. The victim's wife was nearby when the incident took place. According to her statement, she said her brother had shot her husband and fled after people gathered on the spot. The victim was rushed to the hospital but he succumbed to his injuries. The accused and his accomplices, according to the eyewitness, came on two bikes and left on one from the spot as it did not start. The police on the basis of complaint filed by the father of the victim has booked Sachin Kumar, Pintu, Pawan Kumar and one unidentified person in the case.
